Peacefully positioned on the edge of the farmland of a working farm, this beautiful barn has been lovingly converted with exquisite attention to detail.

The living area is the heart of the home and offers plenty of seating to relax in front of the cosy wood burner, it really is a wonderful spot to curl up on a chilly evening.

On warmer days open the French doors and soak in the hot tub, enjoy a summer BBQ in the pretty private garden or toast some marshmallows in the fire pit.

Everyone is in for a good nights sleep – the bedrooms are all presented to a luxurious standard with comfortable beds to sink into and dream about the great day you’ve had.

Even the most reluctant cook will be tempted by the spacious kitchen and the cinema room will be popular with the young and old(er!) guests.

The owner will provide a hamper for your arrival filled with local produce, and should you fancy a cooked breakfasts, this can be arranged (at cost) at the farmhouse opposite.

You may never want to leave Frankaborough Barton, but if you are able to drag yourself away from the beautiful holiday setting then the beautiful location has something for everyone.

It is easy reach to the wide, sandy beaches of the north Cornish coast, including the excellent surfing beach of Widemouth Bay and Bude – the famous seaside town – with its beaches and sea pool, shops, restaurants and pubs.
Golf, horse riding and fishing are all available locally, and those on foot or bikes will be spoilt for choice of scenic routes.

Just 3 miles away is Roadford Lake which offers water sports, coarse and trout fishing, lovely lakeside walks, boating, a lake side café and plenty of picnic areas. North Devon and North Cornwall both boast scenic coastal walks, fantastic sandy beaches, hidden coves, and many rock pools. The rustic beauty of Dartmoor National Park, Bodmin Moor and the famous Eden Project are all easily accessed.
